On 14 May 2026, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram attended the 108th Independence Anniversary celebrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan at a grand ceremony held at Islamabad upon the gracious invitation of His Excellency Khazar Farhadov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan.
