On 24 April 2026, Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. (HRL Group) achieved a significant milestone by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Alisher Dushanov, Deputy Governor of the Khorezm Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. This strategic agreement is aimed at advancing the development of smart cities across the region, promoting innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
The MoU was signed on behalf of HRL by Mr. Abid Kabir Cheema, Executive Director of Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. and CEO of Silicon Village, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to expanding its international footprint and contributing to future-ready urban solutions.
