On 14 May 2026, the senior management of the Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. had the privilege of meeting His Excellency Atadjan Mavlamov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Islamabad, to details about Capital Hills Golf Resort at Capital Smart City , Islamabad. During the meeting, Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. formally announced Honorary Membership for the Diplomatic Community in Pakistan through the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
