On 11 March 2026, Mr Khalid Taimur Akram visited the Islamabad Bureau of People’s Daily , one of the most influential newspapers in the People’s Republic of China and had a productive meeting with Mr. Zhao Yipu, Bureau Chief for Pakistan, discussing about strengthening media collaboration and promoting a deeper understanding between Pakistan and China.
