Precise Development (HK) Limited and NRTC Sign Strategic MoU to Enhance Pakistan’s Tech Sector

On August 2, 2025, a high-level five-member Chinese business delegation from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and Precise Development (HK) Limited, is currently visiting Pakistan to explore synergies and investment opportunities. During their visit, Precise Development (HK) Limited, serving as ACFIC’s representative organization, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pakistan’s National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC). The agreement aims to foster joint ventures, technology transfers, and industrial cooperation, marking a significant milestone in bilateral trade and investment relations.

The Chinese delegation was headed by Mr. Yi Jiang, Director of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), and Mr. David Chu, CEO of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China. As part of the collaboration, Precise Development (HK) Limited will promote Pakistan’s Special Technology Zone (STZ) in Haripur to Chinese enterprises seeking to relocate their tech industries. This initiative is expected to attract substantial Chinese investment into Pakistan’s growing technology sector, further strengthening economic ties between the two nations.

The landmark agreement establishes a comprehensive framework for cooperation across multiple domains, including joint ventures, advanced technology transfers, and industrial collaboration. This partnership aligns with China’s broader Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) objectives and is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for enhanced bilateral trade and investment flows, particularly in Pakistan’s rapidly evolving technology sector.
