Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram participated as speaker at a briefing session hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan

On 7th August 2025, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director of the Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), had the honor of serving as the Guest Speaker at a briefing session hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan.
During the event, H.E. Alisher Tukhtaev, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, highlighted key milestones in trade, security cooperation, and cultural diplomacy, noting that 2025 marks a new chapter in Uzbekistan-Pakistan engagement. The Ambassador reaffirmed Tashkent’s commitment to enhancing connectivity, economic collaboration, and regional stability with Islamabad, emphasizing the shared vision for peace and prosperity in the region.
In his address, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram emphasized the foundation of this partnership, which is rooted in shared history, culture, religion, and mutual respect. He reiterated the commitment to strengthening cooperation across multiple sectors, including politics, economics, trade, investment, transportation, education, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
This collaborative approach reflects the deepening ties and a shared vision for enhanced cooperation, paving the way for a prosperous and mutually beneficial relationship between Uzbekistan and Pakistan.
The event brought together diplomats, government officials, academics, and business leaders to discuss the expanding strategic partnership between the two nations.
