On August 4, 2025, a high-level five-member Chinese business delegation from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and Precise Development (HK) Limited, is currently visiting Pakistan to explore investment opportunities across key economic sectors. During their visit, the delegation held a productive meeting with Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar, CEO of House of Elaan – Pakistan’s premier real estate solutions provider at Islamabad. Mr. Khokhar warmly welcomed the delegation and presented the company’s portfolio of premium developments.

The delegation also met with Advocate Zaildar Ahsan Shah, Legal Advisor of House of Elaan and Convener of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), to discuss regulatory frameworks and investment policies.

The Chinese delegation was headed by Mr. Yi Jiang, Director of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), and Mr. David Chu, CEO of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China the delegation commended Pakistan’s efforts to foster an investor-friendly environment and acknowledged the government’s commitment to facilitating foreign investment.

The discussions focused on potential mutual cooperation projects, with the Chinese delegation particularly commending the exceptional construction quality and innovative designs showcased in House of Elaan’s developments. This visit marks another step forward in strengthening economic ties between China and Pakistan.
