A significant outcome of the engagement was the formal invitation extended to Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. to explore potential opportunities and collaborative ventures in Turkmenistan. Both sides acknowledged the value of strengthening ties in areas related to infrastructure, engineering expertise, investment facilitation, and long-term development planning.

Capital Smart City continues to demonstrate Pakistan’s capacity to deliver large-scale, investment-grade developments that resonate with international investors and diplomatic stakeholders. Such high-level engagements further reinforce confidence in Pakistan’s emerging economic landscape and strengthen the country’s position within the broader regional growth and connectivity narrative.

The visit was facilitated by Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, whose strategic insight, regional expertise, and deep understanding of Central Asia continue to play an important role in enabling high-impact engagements, diplomatic outreach, and mutually beneficial partnerships between Pakistan and regional countries.
