On 5 May 2026, the University of Sargodha (UoS), through the Pakistan Institute of China Studies (PICS-UoS), conferred a prestigious Citation of Honor upon Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director of the Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting Pakistan–China academic cooperation and successfully organizing the ICSF–UoS Fellowship Programme 2025–26.
This prestigious acknowledgment, conferred in collaboration with the Pakistan Institute of China Studies and the Institute for Community with Shared Future, Communication University of China, reflects a collective commitment to fostering academic excellence, policy dialogue, and people-to-people connectivity between Pakistan and China.
The ICSF–UoS Fellowship Programme (October 2025 – April 2026) was envisioned as a platform to nurture emerging scholars, strengthen intellectual exchange, and promote a shared vision of regional cooperation and sustainable development.
